Bosworth Ash goats cheese three ways, beetroot and balsamic (v)

Five spiced confit duck leg, parsnip puree, braised red cabbage, Chateau potato and pan jus

Best end of lamb Reforme, beetroot, air dried tongue, dauphinoise potato, confit Savoy cabbage

Paupiette of turkey stuffed with chestnut and pancetta, leg ballantine with pork and sage, chateau potato, parsnip and carrot puree, sprouts and jus

Pan fried cod, cauliflower puree, beetroot, spinach, lemon crushed new potato, sauce maltaise

Homemade nut loaf, roast squash, parsnip puree, baby fondant (v)
