SELF CATERING EVENTS
Villa Park, Birmingham's most spectacular wedding venue, has a number of versatile function suites that can be used for a whole host of events including Asian weddings. In the Trinity stand we have the Trinity Suite and the 1874. Both of these suites offer space and light and overlook Aston Parklands, with 1874 having the added benefit of stunning pitch views.
Our Holte Suite is superbly positioned with free car parking and easy ground floor access into the delightful, newly refurbished venue.
The Holte Suite can accommodate a maximum of 604 guests using the mezzanine based upon 42 tables of 12 guests per table, with full 8m x 8m dance floor and 8m x 3m stage.

Aston Villa work closely with a number of approved caterers – The nominated caterers on the approved list have been selected by Aston Villa Football Club, having undergone an inspection of their food production premises and food production systems.
The nominated caterers fulfil and adhere to hygiene, health and safety requirements and standards set out by Aston Villa Football Club and our independent advisor. They have a great deal of experience in outside catering events and have successfully operated functions at Villa Park previously. However, we also recognise that clients may have a preference to use a caterer not currently on our Approved Caterer list.
We are happy to discuss using alternative caterers for your event, but this would be subject to a number of criteria and action points which would need to be addressed, agreed and adhered to prior to your appointing a non-approved caterer. Please liaise with your event co-ordinator who will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you.
Booking Conditions – Caterers
Catering is not included within the package and must be provided by one of the Aston Villa approved caterers or by a non-approved caterer (subject to agreement from Aston
Villa’s Executive Chef). The caterer will have access to adjacent suites kitchen areas to prepare your catering.

CEREMONY AND CELEBRATION SUITES
At Villa Park, Birmingham's most spectacular wedding venue, we have six versatile suites all of which are licensed for civil ceremonies. In addition we offer a variety of suites to host your wedding breakfast and evening celebration.
We can cater for any wedding size, from an intimate party of 10 guests up to 650 for an evening celebration.
Several of our suites offer spectacular views overlooking the pitch and views over Aston Parklands. We offer a choice of rooms to complement your special day.
