We can cater for occasions of all sizes and budgets and your dedicated event co-ordinator will make sure you and all of the family are looked after and have a fantastic celebration.

Room hire for a private suite:

State-of-the-art stunning suites, many offering pitch views, all have air conditioning,
private bar and toilets. From £250.00 - £500.00 per suite dependent on numbers.

us to accommodate events such as pre-wedding celebrations and 1st birthday parties right through to larger functions for up to 604 guests.

SELF CATERING EVENTS

Villa Park has a number of versatile function suites that can be used for a
whole host of events. In the Trinity stand we have the Trinity Suite and the 1874. Both of these suites offer space and light and overlook Aston Parklands, with 1874 having the added benefit of stunning pitch views.

Our Holte Suite is superbly positioned with free car parking and easy ground floor access into the delightful, newly refurbished venue.

The Holte Suite can accommodate a maximum of 604 guests using the mezzanine based upon 42 tables of 12 guests per table, with full 8m x 8m dance floor and 8m x 3m stage.

You are requested to select from our nominated caterers for your celebration. There are five nominated caterers on the approved list that have been selected by Aston Villa Football Club  having undergone an inspection of their food production premises and food production systems.

All of our approved caterers have a great deal of experience in outside catering events and have successfully operated functions at Villa Park previously.

WEDDING PACKAGES

All of our wedding packages can be tailored to your specific requirements.
Whether you require a small intimate ceremony, a traditional wedding celebration or
wish to party into the night, we have something to suit all tastes and budgets.

All of our weddings receive the same first class service:

  • A personal wedding coordinator to help you through every stage of planning your big day
  • Choice of claret, blue or white napkins to complement your colour scheme*
  • Souvenir menu cards
  • Opportunity to have photographs taken overlooking the pitch (subject to availability)
  • Top table flower arrangement to complement your colour scheme
  • Wedding cake stand and knife
  • Dressing room for the bride and groom
  • Dedicated duty manager on your wedding day



CEREMONY AND CELEBRATION SUITES

 

Here at Villa Park we have six versatile suites all of which are licensed for civil ceremonies. In addition we offer a variety of suites to host your wedding breakfast and evening celebration.

We can cater for any wedding size, from an intimate party of 10 guests up to 650 for an evening celebration.

Several of our suites offer spectacular views overlooking the pitch and views over Aston Parklands. We offer a choice of rooms to complement your special day.
