We have a variety of buffet options for clients who have not selected the day delegate package, our buffets are ideal for informal events and give your guests choice while delivering excellent value for money.



Finger Buffet 1

A hot buffet option for clients who have not selected the day delegate package, ideal for informal events the hot fork buffet menu gives your guests choice and also delivers excellent value for money.

Selection of sandwiches and wraps to include:

  • Chicken tikka, cheddar cheese and red onion, ham and pickle, tuna mayonnaise and cucumber
  • 

Assorted vegetarian Indian savouries with minted raita dressing to include:

  • Vegetable samosa, onion bhaji, spinach pakora (v)
  • Spicy potato wedges with tomato salsa
  • Chicken and red pepper kebab
  • Salmon goujons with lemon and chive mayonnaise

Selection of open sandwiches to include:

  • Chicken Caesar, smoked salmon and creamed cheese, Wiltshire ham and pickle
  • Cocktail beef teriyaki
  • Tartlet of goats cheese and caramelised red onion (v)
  • Tikka salmon and prawn skewer
  • Spicy chicken fillets with ranch dressing
  • Lamb sheesh kebab with minted turmeric dip

Finger Selector Buffet

These menus have been selected with balance and flavours in mind. The dishes are also suitable for halal and vegetarian requirements. Customers are invited to select six items from the following list of items to design a specific menu.

  • Beef, chicken, lamb, saltfish curry patties
  • Baked vegetable samosa, onion bhaji, spinach pakora, aloo tikki (v)
  • Cajun and rosemary roasted potatoes with lemon aioli to dip (v)
  • Halal tandoori chicken pieces
  • Jerk chicken drumsticks
  • Halal lamb shish kebab
  • Paneer and coriander quiche (v)
  • Tikka salmon skewer
  • Brie and caramelised red onion bruschetta (v)
  • Plum tomato and borlotti bean lorraine (v)
  • Duck spring roll with plum sauce to dip
  • Halal lamb samosa
  • Cajun cod
  • Traditional Caribbean rice and peas, salad cream coleslaw and mixed salad

Hot Fork Buffet Selector

One-course buffet - £16.50
Two-course buffet - £19.50

Main Course Dishes

Please select two main course dishes and one vegetarian option:

  • Poached fillet of chicken breast, baked tomato and balsamic roast onions
  • Ragout of salmon, prawns and mussels with a tomato and basil coulis
  • Roast fillet of cod with a horseradish and parsley crust and yogurt herb dressing
  • Prime lower-fat leek and pork sausages with caramelized onion gravy
  • Sauté of beef Forester style with pearl onions, mushrooms and a pilaf of braised rice
  • Spiced tagine of chicken with apricots, pinenuts and lemon-scented cous cous with a refreshing minted natural yogurt
  • Salmon fishcake and homemade chunky cucumber and red onion tartare sauce
  • Chicken tikka balti sagwaali served with pilau rice, leavened naan bread and condiments
  • Pot-roast loin of local pork stuffed with apples and sage and served with sage gravy
  • Melanzane of pesto vegetables with roast cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and farfalle pasta (v)
  • Spinach, chickpea and potato curry with braised pilau rice (v)
  • Roast vegetable hot pot with cannellini and butter beans (v)

All dishes are served with fresh seasonal vegetables based on government five-a-day fruit and vegetables allowance and the potato dish of the day.
