Our Day Delegate Rate is £45.00 inclusive of VAT per person.

The day delegate package includes the following:

Main meeting room hire from 8.00am to 6.00pm (additional set-up and breakdown hire charges are applicable at £200 inc VAT per hour).

Coffee and speciality teas and fruit juice served with freshly-baked Danish pastries and fresh fruit on arrival (Danish patries may be replaced with bacon-filled rolls - supplement £2.25 inc VAT per person)

 Mineral water and cordials throughout the day

Mid-morning coffee and speciality teas served with biscuit assortment

Two-course chef’s choice hot buffet lunch with coffee, speciality teas, fruit juice and iced water

Afternoon coffee and speciality teas served with biscuit assortment

Delegate stationery - pencils and paper

Data projector in the main room

Flipchart with pads and pens in the main room

Wireless internet access

Free secure car parking

Menu choice:

Chef’s choice two-course hot fork buffet OR cold buffet menu with chef’s choice dessert (see cold buffet menu)

Minimum of 30 delegates

A supplementary room hire rate will be applicable should the number of delegates fall below our minimum requested numbers of 30.

Please note that some suites can only be booked for a minimum number of guests.
