The Holte represents the proud heritage of Villa Park, home to Aston Villa Football Club. This unique landmark dates back to the 19th century and was originally a hotel. It was once the focal point for people who came to the former Aston Lower Grounds, with views of the menagerie, the gardens, the duck pond and many other entertainment features. The Holte was also a post-match meeting place for sportsmen.
Fully restored in 2007, The Holte remains an impressive landmark and now boasts three stylish function suites, the Aston Suite, Museum Suite and the Drawing Room.

The function suites are fully self contained on the first floor. Alternatively, exclusive hire of The Holte is available for meetings, events and private functions.

1. Only valid for small meeting bookings in The Holte (using the Aston Suite, Museum Suite or Drawing Room) - the Small Meetings DDR rate is not valid in any other area or function suite at Villa Park.
2. Valid only for bookings with a minimum of 10 delegates and a maximum of 30 delegates.
3. Should delegate numbers increase above 30, clients may transfer their booking (subject to availability) to another suite at Villa Park but this will subject to the full, standard DDR rate.
4. Tea and coffee services will be served within the meeting room only.
5. The Best of British Buffet will be served on the ground floor of The Holte only.
6. This Holte Small Meeting DDR is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
