Mark developed techniques for influencing and enhancing performance under pressure whilst working as a Firearms Commander for hostage and siege intervention. He also trained Police Negotiators to influence at an unconscious level. Mark is now an Elite Sports Mind Coach and Executive Performance Coach. His clients include top performing sportsmen and women from English rugby, Premiership football and County Cricket, as well as clients from the business sector. Mark helps to support his clients in enabling them to consistently achieve at the highest levels.
