Homemade tomato and roast red pepper soup with chive crème fraiche (v)

Pan fried scallops with leek puree and lobster cream sauce

Duck liver parfait with toasted brioche and passion fruit chutney

A Marriage made in Heaven

Fillet steak, Madeira sauce, pont neuf potatoes, grilled field mushroom and bearnaise

Pot roast free range chicken, crisp bacon, fondant potato and sugar snaps

Carpaccio of beetroot with grilled Warwickshire bard cheese and rocket oil (v)

All main courses are offered with the day’s selection seasonal organic vegetables and potatoes
